Lafayette, IN---Jim Pitoukkas of Coldwell Banker Commercial Shook has finalized two significant commercial leases in the Downtown Lafayette submarket. Pitoukkas represented Arxan Technologies in the leasing of the 2nd floor of the former Loeb Building on the courthouse square. When complete the space will offer Arxan over 6,000 square feet of urban loft space facing the beautiful Tippecanoe County Courthouse building. In a separate transaction Jim Pitoukkas and Julie Ginn represented the developers in the leasing of over fifty percent of the street level retail space they are building as part of their mixed use project at the corner of 5th and South Streets. Approximately 3,000 square feet remain.
