West Lafayette, IN—Jim Pitoukkas of Coldwell Banker Commercial Shook represented the seller, The Roman Catholic Diocese of Lafayette, in the sale of approximately 47.15 acres on the east side of Lafayette, Indiana. Pitoukkas procured the buyer, a regional land development and construction company.
