Lafayette, IN---Jim Pitoukkas and Steve Shook of Coldwell Banker Commercial Shook have closed on the sale of approximately 60 acres in the shadow of Walmart on Lafayette's rapidly growing south side. Approximately 800 units of multifamily development are planned for the site.
