West Lafayette, IN—Jim Pitoukkas of Coldwell Banker Commercial Shook represented the Lessee, the franchisee of the successful and popular Orange Theory Fitness concept, in the leasing of a commercial space in Sagamore Park Center in West Lafayette. The space will be repurposed for the area’s first Orange Theory Fitness Studio. In a separate transaction Jim Pitoukkas represented the Lessor in the re-leasing of a commercial space at 2520 N. Salisbury in West Lafayette, Indiana. The space will become the future home of Blue Fox Heating and Cooling.
